Jackpot Teller ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services at jackpotteller.com (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and optionally your birthday, birth time, and birth location (used for astrology and numerology prediction features).

Sign-In Data from Google, Facebook, and Other OAuth Providers

When you choose to sign in with a third-party provider such as Google or Facebook, we receive only the basic profile information you have authorized that provider to share: your email address, your name, and your profile picture. We do not access your contacts, calendar, messages, files, or any other data held by that provider. We use this information solely to create and maintain your Jackpot Teller account and to address you by name in the app. If a provider also shares a birthday (for example, Facebook, when you grant the user_birthday permission), we store it only as a suggested prefill you can accept or edit during onboarding; we never use it without your confirmation.

You can disconnect a provider at any time from your account settings or from the provider's own account dashboard. Revoking access stops any future data sharing but does not delete information already associated with your Jackpot Teller account — for that, request account deletion as described in Section 8.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, prediction history, and session duration. We use privacy-focused analytics (Umami) that does not use cookies for tracking.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial instrument details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

• To send marketing communications (with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time)

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase— Authentication, database, and file storage
• Google Sign-In— Optional OAuth authentication. We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes.
• Facebook Login— Optional OAuth authentication. We request only email, public_profile, and (when available) user_birthday.
• Stripe— Payment processing for subscriptions and one-time purchases
• Resend— Transactional and marketing email delivery
• Vercel— Website hosting and edge delivery
• Umami— Privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Jackpot Teller's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account data only to authenticate you into Jackpot Teller and to personalize your experience within the app. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security investigations, or as required by law.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and provide core functionality. Our analytics tool (Umami) does not use cookies for tracking.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Prediction history is retained to allow you to review past results. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth with JWT), and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
